Full-depth patching

Grand Williston Hotel parking lot, full-depth repair

August 2026 · Williston, ND

The lot had failed all the way through, so a surface patch would not have held. We tore out the bad sections full depth, laid geotextile fabric, built a new gravel base, and paved fresh asphalt over it.

Runnings parking lot restoration

August 2026 · Williston, ND

A big-box lot that needed everything short of a rebuild. We repaired the broken sections, filled the cracks across the rest, sealcoated the whole lot, and laid out new striping.

Two-inch overlay and new striping

October 2026

The existing lot was cracked but still sound underneath, so a 2-inch asphalt overlay over the top made more sense than a tear-out. We paved it and striped it with new stalls and accessible spaces.

Residential driveway and pad, 2-inch overlay

October 2026

Cracked and faded, but not failed. A 2-inch overlay over the existing driveway and parking pad gave it a new surface without the cost of starting over.

Mill and overlay patch to fix drainage

August 2026

Water was ponding at the edge of this lot. We milled out the low section and overlaid it so it drains the way it should.

Patch repairs at an apartment complex

August 2026

Failed sections cut out and repaved through the drive lanes and in front of the garage bays, so residents get a smooth lane without repaving the whole complex.
