Asphalt Paving & Repair
New installs, patching, and structural repair for parking lots, private roads, and commercial properties, built on a base that holds.
Asphalt is only as good as what is under it. We start every paving job with the part most people never see: the sub-base. Proper excavation, grading, and compaction give the pavement a stable foundation, so it carries weight without rutting, cracking, or settling out of shape.
From there we lay and compact a hot mix matched to the job, whether that is a new parking lot, a stretch of private road, a commercial approach, or a structural patch in a failing section. We build new and we repair what is already down, and we will tell you honestly which one your surface actually needs.

How We Do It
Walk the site
We look at the grade, drainage, and existing surface, then give you a straight estimate.
Build the base
Excavate, grade for drainage, and compact the sub-base so the pavement has a solid foundation.
Pave and compact
Lay the right hot mix at the right depth and roll it to a tight, finished surface.
Common Questions
Can you repair a lot instead of repaving the whole thing?
Often, yes. If the base is still sound, patching failed sections and resurfacing can buy years at a fraction of full replacement. We check the subgrade first and tell you which call makes sense.
When can you pave in North Dakota?
Paving season here runs roughly late spring through early fall while temperatures hold. Warm, dry stretches are ideal, and the calendar fills fast, so it pays to get on the schedule early.
